United for a Conservative Canada
Following a four-day meeting of all the Hippie-Freaks from all of our sites, we have decided to work together for a conservative Canada. Not necessarily a Conservative Party of Canada, Canada, but a Canada that rejects the social engineering agenda that is being pushed by the NDP and Liberal Party of Canada. And, unfortunately, even by some well-meaning but misguided so-called conservatives. As our mission statement (which was recently posted on all our sites) puts it, we want to "reform the 60's." Unfortunately, much of what is happening in our society today, including the fight for same-sex marriage and legalization of pot and prostitution, grew out of the hippie-freak revolution that arose in the 60's. A revolution that is now, for the most part, the preserve of the NDP and Liberal Party of Canada and their supporters.
Although there may be some disagreement among us (which will no-doubt find its way onto our various sites) we are united in our goal of working with others who want to conserve the values and traditions that still remain, even though many of them have been seriously eroded since the 1960's. We also want to work with others who wish to restore those traditions and values whose losses have been detrimental to our entire social fabric.
Other decisions which we have taken will be posted on our various sites over the next several days. The most important ones include the upcoming appointing, finally, of a Director for FAD (Freaks Against Drugs) who will co-ordinate all the FAD activities. These activities include targeting certain Liberal and NDP members in the next federal election. (These targets will be named in a future FAD posting.) Also, our new FAD director (whose picture is now on the FAD site, in the profile) will be working with all the other hippie-freaks from our sites who have offered their unqualified support to fight those MPs who support softening our drug laws. However, not all errant MPs will be targeted, but only those whose ridings are "soft" and who, with a little push, will have to find new employment after the election. And, we intend to take part in a concerted effort to unseat these MPs. A decision was also made not to go after those MPs (even if they supported loosening the pot laws) who supported a recent Conservative Party motion that marriage in Canada be defined as the union between a man and a woman. However, there may be a few exceptions to this, but there will be more on this at a later date.
Another decision that was made at our extended weekend retreat was to enlarge our work through a permanent full-blown website, as well as through using our blogs. Stay tuned for more updates on all our sites, which can be reached through our freak inc. links on the right sidebar. (Footnote: Following the publication of this posting, we were accused of being a "front" for the Conservative Party. This is addressed in a new post.)

From someone who has voted ndp since the days of Tommy Douglas, I find the ndp party absolutely disgusting in its support of the liberal party. That the people of Canada can still support this absolutely corrupt gang is sickening. I blame the reason for this kind of support is the lack of knowledge about politics and lack of interest among most people. The word
liberal seems to fascinate the voters and like drones they continue to vote the same way even though the liberals have proven to be the most corrupt government ever.
